Moira Ross

Moira Ross launched Panda Television in May 2016, bringing her reputation of producing trail-blazing primetime studio entertainment, and breadth of experience and talent to the Objective Media Group.

Prior to this Ross was Head of Entertainment at Wall to Wall from 2012, overseeing the entertainment slate, including exec-producing five series of BAFTA nominated The Voice, the Talpa Media talent competition for BBC One and 500 Questions for ITV.

Previously Ross was Editor of BBC Format Entertainment where in 2010 she relaunched BBC One's key Saturday primetime series Strictly Come Dancing and oversaw shows such as Tonight’s the Night, So You Think You Can Dance, Andrew Lloyd Webber's Your Country Needs You and the Eurovision Song Contest. Her expertise in the genre extends beyond the UK, having show-run Dance Wars and two series of Dancing with the Stars for ABC in the US.

Moira is the creative director of Partners in Rhyme and executive producer on Wedding Day Winners.

Ed has worked with Moira for over 10 years and was series producer on Strictly Come Dancing and latterly The Voice for BBC One until 2016. He also worked on So You Think You Can Dance and the Andrew Lloyd Webber talent shows, How Do You Solve A Problem Like Maria, Any Dream Will Do and I’d Do Anything for the channel.

Ed is executive producer on Partners in Rhyme and Wedding Day Winners.

Emma joined Panda in 2016 and is responsible for overseeing the Production Management all of Panda’s output. Prior to joining, Emma has worked in the UK for betty, ITV and Shine, and spent several years in Sydney, Australia at FremantleMedia and Shine Australia. She has experience in budgeting, setting up and overseeing large-scale entertainment and factual entertainment series both in studio and on location in the UK and overseas.

TV credits include: Bear Grylls Mission Survive, I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here, X Factor Australia, The Mole and Gladiators.

Holly is Series Producer of Wedding Day Winners and a founding Panda.

She worked with Moira and Ed as Senior Producer on BAFTA nominated The Voice UK, for four series.  

Her background is in entertainment, music and live events television, producing on The BRITs, Glastonbury and I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here.

Stefan joined Panda in 2016 and prior to that created ITV’s Big Star’s Little Star and Freeze Out as well as BBC’s Pressure Pad.

Olivia has been at Panda TV from the beginning, moving between development and production, and has been instrumental in all of Panda’s commissions including Wedding Day Winners

Before coming to Panda, Olivia started her career on the Princess Shine Graduate Scheme where she spent a number of years both in development and on production, achieving pilots for the BBC and Channel 4, and working on live studio entertainment shows including Channel 4's Sunday Brunch and the Sky 1 prime-time talent competition Got To Dance

She also worked at NBC Universal developing international formats.
